Tonerific guarantees its product to meet or exceed O.E.M. standards. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, Tonerific will refund or credit 100% of your purchase price.

The manufacturer warrants all Image Excellence products to be free of defects due to workmanship. In addition, the manufacturer warrants that if, under normal use, the product is determined to have been the source of damage to your equipment, you will be reimbursed for the cost of repair when provided with adequate documentation.
